Kerman is the capital city of Kerman province located at the south part of Iran; this province is where that many great literary lived. Kerman is well-known for a rich history and strong cultural heritage and also famous for mosques with historical architecture plus Zoroastrian fire temples. There in this desert like province have been discovered different types of vertebrate fossils from different geological eras so this province plays an important rule to paleontologists. The evidence showed that human settlements in Kerman dates back to the 4th millennium BC. So this province is considered as one of the ancient areas of Iran.

This adobe citadel is the biggest one of its kind all around the word located at Bam, Kerman province considered as one of Iran heritages by UNISCO. It Dates back to seventh century.
Rayen displays all the architectural elements of a deserted citade and is the second largest adob building all around the world located 100 kilometers south of Kerman city and have a great resemblance to Bam citadel.
